About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Security Operations Supervisor to lead a team of officers. The successful candidate will ensure efficient service delivery, uphold safety standards, and maintain accurate operational records.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise a team of security officers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Guarantee that all officers are properly trained and adhere to safety protocols.
- Communicate clearly with team members and management, relaying instructions and information accurately.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of daily activities.
Required profile
- Grade B driving licence.
- Honest, reliable, and self‑motivated.
- Ability to work independently and handle overtime or weekend shifts as needed.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
Required skills
- Computer literacy.
- Proficiency with GPS navigation systems.
