About the role

Join a niche cybersecurity firm that lives and breathes offensive security. As a Security Analyst specializing in penetration testing and red teaming, you will simulate real‑world threats, uncover vulnerabilities, and help shape robust defensive strategies for leading organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on penetration tests across networks, web applications, mobile, wireless, thick‑client and physical environments.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and deliver clear remediation recommendations to clients.
• Participate in red‑team operations using OSINT, social engineering and physical compromise techniques.
• Develop and deploy custom payloads and command‑and‑control infrastructure to emulate adversary behaviour.
• Research new vulnerabilities, create exploits and contribute to tool development.
• Analyse threat‑actor tactics to inform both offensive and defensive strategies.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of practical penetration‑testing experience covering network, web, mobile and wireless scopes.
• Creative problem‑solver who can think like an attacker.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Research‑driven mindset with a passion for staying at the bleeding edge of security trends.
• Self‑motivated, curious and eager to grow within red‑team and offensive security.
