About the role
Foot Gear SA is hiring seasonal sales staff in the Cape Town Southern Suburbs for the peak retail season. No retail experience is required because the employer provides training. This is seasonal employment, not a learnership or internship.
Key responsibilities
- Help customers find suitable products
- Deliver customer service
- Promote products and the business
- Replenish stock and maintain store presentation
- Process sales at the till
- Build product knowledge and work with the team
Required profile
- Grade 10; matric preferred
- Positive attitude and energy
- Interest in people, fashion and retail
- Retail experience is a bonus, not a requirement
- Availability from mid-November to 24 December 2026, including weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods
