Scheduling Coordinator

About the role

Klipboard, a global leader in integrated business management solutions, is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join its PMO within the Global Professional Services Group. The role focuses on coordinating and scheduling technical work, ensuring timely delivery while supporting both internal teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑ordinate and schedule multiple technical work requests in line with Service Level Agreements.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment, both internally and externally.
• Track and monitor activity, update internal systems, and report on delivery status.
• Engage proactively with project teams, chase updates, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Work with project managers to control scope and manage inter‑dependent activities.
• Interface with leadership teams to communicate status and escalate issues when necessary.
• Enhance documentation and processes, focusing on continuous improvement.
• Undertake additional project work as directed by the Line Manager.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and communication skills, able to initiate difficult conversations.
• Experience in planning, resource allocation, project coordination or a Project Management Office environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams or workstreams toward a common goal.
• Attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
