SAP Young Professionals Program – South Africa 2026

About the role

The SAP Young Professionals Program is a two‑month, free training initiative designed to equip recent graduates with the certifications and foundational knowledge required to start a career as an SAP Associate Consultant. Participants will learn directly from SAP experts and gain exposure to SAP S/4 HANA technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Attend classroom and workshop‑based training on SAP solutions.
• Complete associate‑level SAP certification exams.
• Develop consulting fundamentals, including blueprinting and design basics.
• Engage in soft‑skill development activities to prepare for job applications.
• Collaborate with peers and mentors throughout the program.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in South Africa.
• Currently unemployed or in a part‑time/non‑permanent role unrelated to career goals.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, MIS, Engineering, Data Science, AI or a related field.
• Graduated within the last three years with a GPA in the top quartile (proof may be requested).
• Strong interest in an SAP‑related career involving travel.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Full‑time availability (9 am – 6 pm, Monday‑Friday) from mid‑July 2026.
