Product Manager – H3C & Scale

About the role

As the Product Manager you will own the H3C and Scale brands, driving growth and influencing the business unit’s direction. You will work closely with vendors, sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure product success both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, manage rebates, and resolve product issues while safeguarding company interests.
• Conduct demand planning, forecast stock levels, place purchase orders within authority limits, and manage lead times to achieve profit margins.
• Optimize stock efficiency by controlling aged inventory, meeting vendor inventory requirements, and implementing ageing action plans.
• Support the sales team with product documentation and tools, and track order deliveries, creating contingency plans as needed.

Required profile

• Grade 12 with at least 10 years of relevant experience or 1 year within Tarsus.
• Strong communication, conflict management and stress‑handling abilities.
• Proactive, deadline‑driven, customer‑oriented and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office suite.
• Brand‑specific product knowledge and understanding of distributor/reseller channels.
• Current technology certifications and vendor certifications relevant to H3C and Scale.
