Salesforce Architect – Agentforce & AI Integration

About the role

Join an award‑winning European consulting partner to design and deploy live Agentforce environments, voice agents, and multi‑agent workflows for enterprise brands across the UK and Europe. You will work on production‑grade AI integrations alongside senior, highly skilled peers, fully remote from South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Design secure, scalable Salesforce environments integrated with multi‑agent AI frameworks and external data models.
• Serve as the primary technical authority on complex API integrations, event‑driven architecture, and performance optimisation.
• Lead architecture workshops with client executives across the UK and Europe to define technical roadmaps.
• Establish governance frameworks, environment management strategies, and delivery standards for technical teams.
• Evaluate architectural trade‑offs and guide enterprise clients away from legacy build patterns.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical architecture, data modelling, and multi‑cloud governance for complex Salesforce orgs.
• Strong expertise with REST and SOAP APIs, event‑driven patterns, and connecting Salesforce to external AI platforms or data clouds.
• Practical knowledge of Agentforce, prompt engineering, and autonomous‑agent guardrails.
• Excellent client consulting skills, able to explain and defend technical decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect certification is a strong advantage.
