Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will support the Regional Manager in driving sales growth and expanding market share for Yebo Fresh. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on coaching of sales teams to ensure targets are met and customers receive excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Manager in creating and executing sales plans that achieve revenue targets.
• Supervise and coach Sales Representatives and Kiosk Sales Representatives, providing guidance on techniques, product knowledge and customer service.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align efforts and meet sales objectives.
• Manage relationships between clients, customers and operational staff to foster growth.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (NQF Level 6).
• 1‑3 years of proven experience in a sales leadership role with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office Suite.
