Sales Representative - Real Estate, Finance & Energy

About the role

Huzzle connects professionals with global companies in the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia, including startups, digital agencies and tech platforms in SaaS, MarTech, FinTech and EdTech. This is a full-time remote position where you are hired directly into a client team and supported by Huzzle. You will make 80 to 100+ daily outbound calls to warm and cold leads.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify prospects by identifying their needs, budget, timeline and decision-making readiness, and present tailored value propositions for real estate, financial services or energy solutions using industry-specific scripts.
• Overcome common consumer objections with empathy and persuasive communication.
• Book high-quality appointments for closing, keeping lead details accurate and complete in the CRM.
• Follow up promptly on inbound leads from marketing campaigns and nurture unconverted leads through re-engagement calls, emails and SMS.
• Maintain daily activity and conversion reports tracking progress toward KPIs.
• Collaborate with team leads to refine scripts, improve objection handling and optimise conversion rates.
• Stay informed on industry promotions, offers and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound B2C sales, telemarketing or customer acquisition.
• Background in real estate, finance or energy industries.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident communicator with persuasive selling skills; self-motivated, resilient and target-driven.

Required skills

• Comfortable working in high-volume calling environments (80-100+ calls).
• CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
