Sales Representative – Beverage Brands

About the role

As a Sales Representative for Heineken Beverages, you will promote and sell the company’s beverage portfolio, building brand awareness and driving growth in line with strategic objectives. You will work directly with existing and new customers to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through new business acquisition and upselling.
• Use data to advise customers on product solutions that meet their goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining a healthy pipeline.
• Present products professionally and knowledgeably.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Build and maintain a strong brand image.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive accessibility, affordability, availability, and activation.
• Execute price‑driven promotions and meet call strike‑rate targets.
• Share and implement ideas to improve sales effectiveness and marketing activities.
• Commit to personal improvement and adhere to Heineken policies.

Required profile

• A tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the alcoholic beverage or FMCG sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong numerical and business acumen.
• High energy, persistence, and sense of urgency.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑performance, competitive environment.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and networking skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Adaptability to changing environments and effective relationship management.
