Sales & Rental Agent – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking motivated Sales and Rental Agents to join Live Real Estate’s boutique team in Johannesburg. You will drive property sales and rentals, generate leads and close deals while delivering exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and nurture leads for both sales and rental properties.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms and close transactions.
• Maintain and update property listings on relevant platforms.
• Utilise social media and CRM tools to manage client relationships.
• Collaborate with the administrative and marketing team to ensure seamless transactions.

Required profile

• Matric or post‑matric qualification.
• Proven sales track record with ability to meet targets.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable car and residence in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg.
• Own laptop and mobile phone.

Required skills

• Familiarity with property listing platforms.
• Experience using social media for marketing.
• Competence with CRM systems.
