Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Heavy Transport & Digital

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑minded Sales & Marketing Coordinator to bridge frontline sales support with modern digital marketing in a fast‑moving heavy transport and lifting environment. The ideal candidate thrives on generating leads, producing boardroom‑ready forecasts, and creating engaging LinkedIn content.

Key responsibilities

• Lead generation and digital prospecting through LinkedIn outreach and targeted campaigns.
• Manage CRM and SAP pipelines, ensuring data is clean, current, and actionable.
• Prepare bi‑monthly AI‑powered SMT reports covering forecasts, utilisation, pipeline conversion and risk flags.
• Own the company’s LinkedIn presence: write, shoot, script and schedule content.
• Support pricing and quotations using internal templates and maintain the RFQ register.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, presentations, proposals, website content and customer satisfaction surveys.
• Handle sales administration tasks such as meeting minutes, action tracking and confidential document handling.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in sales support, marketing or coordination.
• Proven experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Active LinkedIn user with B2B social media experience.
