Sales Manager – Financial Advisers

About the role

Lifecheq, in partnership with MyLegacy Consultancy Co., is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of financial advisers in Cape Town. The role focuses on delivering holistic financial advice, driving business growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance through the LifeCheq advice platform.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train and coach a team of financial advisers.
• Set and monitor clear performance targets such as advice cases closed, assets under advice, and client satisfaction.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
• Analyse adviser KPIs, conversion metrics and pipeline health to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain high‑quality advice delivery and client outcomes while leveraging the LifeCheq platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing sales teams in financial services or fintech.
• Strong understanding of financial advisory products and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to set targets, track performance and motivate a team to exceed goals.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
