About the role
The Sales Floor Manager (Assistant Manager) will optimise sales performance and enhance the customer experience on the sales floor of our Johannesburg branch. You will lead the floor team, ensure visual standards are met, and support operational targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed branch sales targets.
- Coordinate and manage the sales floor component of the branch people plan.
- Maintain sales floor displays to agreed standards at all times.
- Promote an exceptional customer experience.
- Assist with perpetual and scheduled stock takes.
- Foster a culture of performance and excellent service among employees.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and occupational standards.
Required profile
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Business or retail‑related tertiary qualification or management diploma.
- Minimum three years of retail experience at department‑management level.
