About the role
This role is for a driven Sales Executive who engages prospective customers, manages leads effectively, and delivers an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will achieve sales targets, build lasting client relationships, and represent the brand with professionalism and integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Actively engage with prospective customers
- Achieve daily lead & prospecting targets; follow up all leads within the required time
- Maintain contact with customer
- Maintain and update the database
- Develop an in-depth understanding of vehicle inventories – features, add‑ons, warranties & costing
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is attained
- Ensure all documentation complies with company requirements
Required profile
- Grade 12 (matric) or higher
- Valid driving licence
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a vehicle sales executive
- Working knowledge of the motor trade
- Ability to work in a corporate dealership environment
