About the role
The Sales Executive drives revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals. This role requires a proactive, results‑driven individual with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and negotiations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology environments.
- Matric certificate required; diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
