Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive drives revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals. This role requires a proactive, results‑driven individual with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
• Conduct client meetings, product demos, and negotiations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology environments.
• Matric certificate required; diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
