Sales Executive - Fixed Video Solutions (Sub-Saharan Africa)

About the role

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Executive to drive the growth of its fixed video security solutions across Sub‑Saharan Africa. You will work directly with government customers and partners to promote, sell, and expand the adoption of MSI video security products.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Motorola Solutions video security products to government accounts through direct contact and partner channels.
• Create demand, nurture sales opportunities, and close orders within the assigned territory.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and pricing, ensuring required approvals for discounts.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Track sales activities and pipeline using Salesforce.com.
• Provide first‑level technical guidance to end‑users, integrators, and partners.
• Communicate customer requirements to engineering and operations for product improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of government sales experience, preferably in video security.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, partners, and internal teams.
