About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven sales professional to join our Johannesburg team, focusing on both traditional sales and e‑commerce operations. The role involves managing online orders, building customer relationships, and ensuring accurate order administration.

Key responsibilities

Accurate administration of orders
Excellent communication with customers
Strong computer skills for order processing
Process and manage online orders
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Communicate stock discrepancies
Pack and track required online shipments
Assist with regular stock counts
Understand the process and handling of courier services

Required profile

Matric certificate
Excellent time management skills
Proactive thinker
Energetic
Team player
Good communication skills

What we offer

Salary: R10000 per month
3‑month probation period, thereafter permanent employment
