Sales Director: Cloud & Security

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our Cloud & Security business across South Africa. This senior position will shape market strategy, drive transformation and accelerate revenue growth for enterprise technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead market growth and define go‑to‑market strategy for cloud and cybersecurity offerings.
• Shape and execute the overall sales strategy, aligning with business objectives.
• Build and manage high‑performing, geographically distributed sales teams.
• Develop strategic partnerships and engage C‑suite executives to secure large enterprise deals.
• Deliver significant revenue targets and track business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in enterprise technology sales, especially cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure or managed services.
• Track record of scaling revenue and managing sales managers across multiple locations.
• Strong experience in enterprise account management and C‑suite engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute go‑to‑market strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing or a related field.
