Sales Development Representative (SDR) – UK Market

About the role

We are looking for ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help SATIGO deliver digital talent and Statement of Work (SoW) solutions to the UK public sector. The position is remote, but candidates must be based in Cape Town, South Africa, where we are building a hub.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to a targeted list of UK prospects.
• Follow each conversation with structured email outreach.
• Pitch SoW delivery services (project‑based tech teams) and permanent recruitment solutions.
• Use a proven script and outreach playbook to book qualified meetings for senior consultants.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM.
• Learn to engage senior stakeholders across the UK market.

Required profile

• Confident communicator, both verbal and written.
• Strong work ethic and resilience for a high‑call environment.
• Commercial mindset with genuine interest in sales.
• Coachability and ability to follow a structured process.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in making outbound phone calls and email outreach.
• Experience using a CRM to track activities.
