Sales Development Representative – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for corporate clients interested in our luxury gifting and live onsite brand experiences. The position is fully remote, based in South Africa, and works on EST hours, covering the afternoon‑evening window locally.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research target companies and the decision‑makers in HR, Marketing and executive teams.
• Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone with personalized, human‑focused messaging.
• Qualify inbound leads quickly, responding within minutes to maintain momentum.
• Schedule qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
• Provide market feedback to refine messaging and sales strategy.

What we offer

• Base salary of $10,500 USD paid in USD.
• On‑target earnings potential of $25,000‑$45,000 in the first year.
• Clear growth path to Junior Account Executive (~$75,000) and Account Executive (~$90,000) based on performance.
• Fully remote work with flexible scheduling aligned to EST hours.
