Sales Development Representative (Remote – South Africa)

About the role

CorePlan is looking for a remote Sales Development Representative to join its fast‑growing revenue team. Based in Johannesburg or Cape Town, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, introducing them to CorePlan’s digital SaaS drilling management platform and qualifying leads for the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multichannel outbound campaigns (phone, email, landing pages, social) targeting enterprise and mid‑market accounts.
• Explain CorePlan’s product benefits in clear, customer‑focused language.
• Qualify leads against the ideal customer profile and document opportunities before handing them to Account Executives.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success to refine outbound strategy.
• Maintain a clean, up‑to‑date CRM and report weekly activity.
• Set quarterly goals aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and rapport‑building skills.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, technology sales, or a comparable customer‑facing role.
• Confidence reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and social channels.
• Curiosity to quickly learn new products, tools, and industries.
• Organised, detail‑oriented approach with comfort using CRM systems.
• Proactive, goal‑driven mindset and a collaborative attitude.
