About the role
We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing recruitment agency. This remote, full‑time position focuses on high‑volume outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for senior sales staff.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high‑volume outbound cold‑calling (minimum 100 dials per day)
- Qualify prospective customers against agreed criteria
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and detailed call notes
- Follow up with prospects via phone and email
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets
- Collaborate with management to improve outreach performance
Required profile
- Strong pipeline generation and consistent outbound activity
- Positive attitude toward targets and performance metrics
- Previous experience in SDR, telesales, outbound sales, or call‑centre environments preferred
- Confident communicator with strong objection‑handling skills
- Ability to work independently and manage activity levels
