Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing recruitment agency. This remote, full‑time position focuses on high‑volume outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for senior sales staff.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold‑calling (minimum 100 dials per day)
• Qualify prospective customers against agreed criteria
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate CRM records and detailed call notes
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets
• Collaborate with management to improve outreach performance

Required profile

• Strong pipeline generation and consistent outbound activity
• Positive attitude toward targets and performance metrics
• Previous experience in SDR, telesales, outbound sales, or call‑centre environments preferred
• Confident communicator with strong objection‑handling skills
• Ability to work independently and manage activity levels
