Sales Development Representative (Outbound Emails)

About the role

Trialfacts is looking for a remote Sales Development Representative who will own the cold‑email outreach to academic researchers and commercial sponsors in the clinical‑trial space. The role focuses exclusively on personalized, one‑to‑one email communication, measuring success by replies and booked calls rather than volume.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build targeted contact lists of researchers and sponsors.
• Write, test, and optimise hyper‑personalised email copy and sequences.
• Handle inbound replies, qualify prospects, and route booked calls to the closing team.
• Collaborate with the development team to improve list‑scraping tools and outreach infrastructure.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, writing, and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing outbound email campaigns for several years.
• Strong writing ability with a focus on research‑driven, personalised communication.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working without a time tracker, measured by results.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve outreach performance.

Required skills

• Expertise in crafting cold‑email copy.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted writing or research tools.
• Understanding of list‑scraping concepts and email outreach platforms.
