Sales Development Representative – Lead Generation & Appointment Setting

About the role

Capital Stack is a US‑based lead‑generation and appointment‑setting agency serving real‑estate funds and private investment firms. As a Sales Development Representative you will be the first point of contact for investors who respond to our clients' ads, qualifying them and booking meetings that can lead to six‑figure investments.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound leads within 30 seconds using a parallel dialer.
• Explain the client’s investment offering in clear, plain language.
• Qualify each prospect for real investment intent, capital availability and timeline.
• Schedule qualified investors onto the client’s calendar and confirm attendance before each meeting.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up with unanswered leads.

Required profile

• Clear verbal communication and fast typing skills.
• Ability to work efficiently on phone and computer for the duration of an 8‑hour shift.
• Adaptability to a fast‑changing agency environment.
• Willingness to work six days a week on US Central Time shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system.
• Experience using a dialer or similar outbound calling tool.

• Guaranteed base salary of $800 USD per month.
• Commission of $2 USD for every appointment that shows up, uncapped.
