Sales Development Representative - Digital Marketing Services

About the role

Huzzle places talent directly with its clients, who are hired in-house. Its client is a rapidly growing digital marketing agency specialising in SEO and performance marketing, working with international clients and delivering measurable ROI. The role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cape Town, with quarterly in-person team meetups and strategy sessions; it is otherwise fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting by cold calls, email and LinkedIn
• Identify and research target companies in key industries such as SaaS, eCommerce and professional services
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP criteria
• Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Work with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs for meetings booked, conversion rates and pipeline generated

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold outreach, lead generation and appointment setting
• Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing)
• Strong written and verbal English communication and persuasion skills
• Highly organised, self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Must be based in Cape Town for the quarterly meetups
