Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator for the Tile & Lifestyle division of a premium retailer. The role bridges the external sales force, warehouses, buyers and suppliers to ensure seamless order processing from quotation to delivery. The successful candidate will thrive on organization, clear communication and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Convert accepted quotations into sales orders and verify customer information.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and ensure proper documentation before invoicing.
• Coordinate stock allocation, purchasing requirements and liaise with sales consultants, buying, warehouse and logistics teams.
• Monitor outstanding sales orders, reservations and follow up on payments when required.
• Assist with delivery coordination and ensure SOP compliance throughout the order process.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting in the IQ system.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, buying or internal sales.
• Experience in the tiles, sanitaryware or flooring industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
