Sales Consultant – SaaS Solutions

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing SaaS provider in Durbanville, Cape Town, is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive new business. The role focuses on prospecting, lead generation and converting opportunities into revenue‑generating customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting the full solution stack to new clients.
• Make cold calls and conduct a minimum of three customer presentations each day.
• Apply a solutions‑selling methodology throughout customer engagements.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline, track activities and follow up promptly.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor actions and market opportunities.
• Record all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows.

Required profile

• Matric certificate and a relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration.
• At least five years of proven B2B sales success, preferably within the fleet management or vehicle‑tracking sector.
• Strong prospecting and networking abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
