Sales Associate SMB

About the role

Join Pnet’s SME department as a Sales Associate focused on small‑and‑medium business clients. You will help businesses transform their hiring process by promoting Pnet’s recruitment solutions and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate high‑quality leads using various sourcing techniques and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Prospect, cold‑call and close deals, persuading businesses to adopt Pnet solutions.
• Manage client relationships through strategic conversations, monitor product usage and identify upsell opportunities.
• Ensure accurate administrative work, documentation and reporting via the CRM system.
• Continuously develop skills through upskilling opportunities to improve performance.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales track record with strong cold‑calling abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to articulate solutions persuasively.
• Ability to listen attentively to customer needs and concerns.
