About the role
Join a leading home‑goods retailer as a Sales Associate at the Mall of the North. You will be the face of the brand, creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers while helping them transform their living spaces.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every customer feels valued.
- Match customers with stylish products, driving sales and enhancing their home environments.
- Track personal performance, seize opportunities to exceed sales targets, and contribute to overall store growth.
- Maintain well‑stocked, attractive store displays to delight shoppers.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Previous retail sales experience; hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to take initiative.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
