Sales Associate (40hr) - The Fix

About the role

The Fix is hiring a 40-hour Sales Associate in Tygervalley. The role centres on being an ambassador for the brand and delivering an excellent customer experience while selling a diverse product range.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the brand and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Identify and give customers the best possible solutions, exceeding their expectations.
• Track sales performance against targets and actively look for new sales opportunities.
• Sell a diverse product range and stay up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends.
• Help replenish stock so the store is always ready for customers.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Passionate about people, target-driven and experience-focused.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work independently, take initiative and pay close attention to detail.
• Customer loyalty, customer service delivery, handling customer challenges, negotiation and selling.
• Adherence to standards, continual improvement, sound decision-making, planning and organisation, and networking.
