About the role

Join The Fix as a Sales Associate and become the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will help customers discover the latest fashion trends while meeting sales targets and supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, providing outstanding service and building customer loyalty.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions from a diverse product range.
• Track personal sales performance against set targets and seek opportunities to increase sales.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current décor and fashion trends to advise shoppers effectively.
• Proactively search for new sales opportunities and upsell where appropriate.
• Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always ready for customers.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Passionate about people and customer service.
• Target‑driven with a focus on results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑moving environment.
• Independent, initiative‑taking and detail‑oriented.
