About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our Totalsports store in Kempton Park. As the face of the brand, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences and help drive sales across a diverse product range.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, providing outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions, staying informed on the latest décor and fashion trends.
- Monitor personal sales performance against targets and actively seek new sales opportunities.
- Maintain store presentation by assisting with stock replenishment and ensuring the shop is ready for customers at all times.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Passionate about people, target‑driven and focused on delivering results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, work independently and take initiative.
- High attention to detail and commitment to building customer loyalty.
