Sales Associate (120hr) - Sneaker Factory

About the role

TFG Sports is hiring a Sales Associate for its Sneaker Factory store in Atlantis. The role is advertised as a 120-hour position and focuses on being an ambassador for the brand, delivering excellent customer experience and selling a diverse product range.

Key responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the brand and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Identify and give customers the best possible solutions, exceeding their expectations.
• Keep track of sales performance against targets.
• Sell a diverse product range and stay up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends.
• Look for new sales opportunities.
• Help replenish stock so the store is always ready for customers.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Passion for people is a must; the candidate should be target-driven and experience-focused.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work independently, take initiative and pay close attention to detail.
• Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups under the Employment Equity Act.
