About the role

Foschini is hiring a Sales Associate in Cape Gate. The role is a 120-hour position and centres on being an ambassador for the brand and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Identify and provide customers with the best possible solutions, exceeding their expectations
Keep track of sales performance against targets
Sell a diverse product range and stay up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends
Look for new sales opportunities
Help replenish stock so the store is always ready for customers

Required profile

Grade 12 (Matric)
Passion for people is a must; target-driven and experience-focused
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work independently, take initiative and pay close attention to detail
Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups under the Employment Equity Act
