The role suits someone with a natural selling instinct, a keen sense of style and a passion for making every customer feel valued, while bringing the brand to life through a warm, welcoming customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the brand, creating a welcoming environment where every customer feels like a valued guest.
• Sell a diverse range of stylish products, matching customers with items that help them create beautiful spaces.
• Track your own performance and seize opportunities to exceed sales targets.
• Maintain store stock so the store is always well-stocked and beautifully presented.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Previous sales experience in a retail environment.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Ability to deliver top-tier service, handle customer challenges and drive sales.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
