About the role
As a Sales Associate you will act as an ambassador for The FIX brand, delivering an amazing customer experience. You will exceed customer expectations by identifying and providing the best possible solutions, while staying current with décor and fashion trends.
Key responsibilities
- Represent the brand and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Track sales performance against targets and report results.
- Sell a diverse product range and stay up‑to‑date with the latest décor and fashion trends.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store ready for customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Passionate about people and customer service.
- Target‑driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Independent, initiative‑taking, and detail‑oriented.
