Sales Associate (120 hrs) – Markham, Etwatwa

About the role
The Foschini Group is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join its Relay Jeans store in Markham – Etwatwa. Working 120 hours per month, you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting store performance.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, providing outstanding service and building customer loyalty.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable fashion and décor products.
- Track personal sales against targets and seek new sales opportunities.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of trends and product ranges.
- Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always ready for shoppers.
Required profile
- Completed Grade 12 (Matric).
- Passionate about people and customer service.
- Target‑driven with a focus on results.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work independently.
- High attention to detail and initiative.
