Sales Assistant – Lifestyle (Kloof)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Sales Assistant to join our Lifestyle store in Kloof. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile, acknowledge them and provide assistance.
• Know the store layout and direct shoppers to the appropriate product sections.
• Follow opening and closing procedures and maintain merchandising standards.
• Receive and check deliveries, verify stock counts and product expiry dates.
• Handle cash transactions at the point of sale and perform cash‑up duties.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Genuine interest in health and wellness products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.
