Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our Cape Town store. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them to the right barefoot and natural footwear.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, by phone and email.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations on natural footwear.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor tidy.
• Restock inventory and manage stock levels.
• Support promotional activities and contribute to a positive, inclusive shopping experience.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Clear, professional communication ability.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting sales targets.
• Organised and able to handle multiple customer needs.
• Interest in wellness, natural movement or footwear.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
