Sales Agent – Financial Services

About the role

Old Mutual is looking for enthusiastic Sales Agents to join its team in Kimberley. You will be the face of the company, helping individuals and businesses improve their financial wellbeing through our range of insurance and investment products.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a personal client portfolio.
• Market and sell Old Mutual financial products to prospective customers.
• Provide advice that supports the financial health of the community.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
• Clear credit and criminal record.
• 6‑12 months sales or retail experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, numeracy and attention‑to‑detail.
• High energy, self‑driven and goal‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp and other digital communication tools.
• Experience using sales software.
• Basic data analysis and reporting abilities.
