Join CSi Properties as a Sales Agent focused on the Celebration Retirement Estate in Randburg and Roodepoort. You will help buyers and sellers navigate the property market, ensuring smooth transactions and satisfied clients.

Key responsibilities

• Guide sellers and buyers through marketing and purchasing processes to achieve optimal pricing and terms.
• Assess client needs and financial capacity to recommend suitable property solutions.
• Conduct negotiations, advise on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Perform comparative market analyses to estimate property values.
• Show and market properties to prospective buyers.
• Prepare and manage transaction paperwork, including contracts and closing statements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date property listings and coordinate with appraisers, attorneys, lenders, and inspectors.
• Develop professional networks and promote sales through advertising and open houses.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Sales Agent.
• Registered Property Practitioner with a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC).
• Strong knowledge of the South African real‑estate market and related regulations.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.
