About the role

The Rental Company, a leading asset rental finance provider in Johannesburg, is seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator. This permanent, full‑time position supports a busy sales team and ensures smooth processing of rental finance transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales department, handling documentation and data entry.
• Maintain accurate records of rental finance agreements and customer information.
• Coordinate communication between sales, finance, and operations teams.
• Prepare reports and updates for management using Microsoft Office tools.
• Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a banking or financial environment.
• Recent graduate with a relevant financial qualification is acceptable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
