Sales & Administration Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Sales & Administration Consultant to be the welcoming face of our luxury décor showroom. You will combine customer engagement, sales support and administrative duties while helping clients create inspiring interior spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist interior designers, decorators, architects, trade professionals and retail customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Prepare accurate quotations, follow up on enquiries and process orders.
• Handle national customer enquiries and deliver outstanding service.
• Support the external sales team with quotations, order processing and administrative tasks.
• Maintain a beautifully presented, organised showroom environment.
• Develop expert product knowledge of premium décor and wallpaper solutions.
• Assist with general showroom operations and contribute to smooth business running.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in décor, interiors, furniture, homeware, wallpaper, textiles or design.
• Previous showroom, retail sales or customer‑service experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and a professional, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively within a close‑knit team.
• Passion for interiors, décor trends and a desire for a stable, long‑term opportunity.
