About the role
tashas is looking for energetic and reliable Runners to join the team at its Melrose location. As a Runner you will act as the vital link between the kitchen and guests, ensuring that every dish and drink reaches the table quickly, accurately and beautifully presented.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests promptly and accurately.
- Present each plate and drink attractively and serve to the correct guest.
- Communicate with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to maintain smooth service flow.
- Assist waiters during busy periods and clear finished plates.
- Reset tables and keep service stations clean and stocked.
- Welcome guests warmly and respond to basic requests.
- Support opening, closing and daily operational duties.
