Rooms Technician – Hotel Maintenance

About the role

As a Rooms Technician at Mama Shelter, you ensure that every guest room and its technical systems operate flawlessly. Working behind the scenes, you provide the comfort and reliability that define the brand’s hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in guest rooms and related areas.
• Respond quickly to technical faults and guest maintenance requests.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and general building systems.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, faults and follow‑up actions.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office and Engineering to minimise room downtime.
• Work discreetly in occupied rooms, respecting guest privacy.
