RevOps Data Analyst

About the role

Scytale is seeking a RevOps Data Analyst to join its Revenue Operations team. You will own the data that drives the entire revenue funnel, turning raw numbers into actionable insights that support sales, customer success, marketing and partnership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑funnel reporting: analyse CAC, conversion rates, retention and churn, and build core revenue dashboards including forecasting and budget vs. actual.
• Dashboards & KPIs: design live tracking dashboards, define business KPIs and deliver insights to cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strategy & planning: support territory design, monitor targets, and co‑create revenue budgets with Finance.
• Data architecture: work with BI engineers on database and model design, manage ETL and reverse‑ETL pipelines for health scores, churn risk and lead scoring.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, RevOps Analyst or SalesOps Analyst in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and storytelling abilities, with experience presenting to senior management.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and proven data‑visualisation expertise (Metabase or Tableau).
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Oracle or MemSQL.
• Familiarity with ETL/Reverse‑ETL pipelines and database design.
