Revenue & Retentions Lead

About the role

The Revenue & Retentions Lead will safeguard recurring revenue streams for RSAWEB by overseeing both Retention and Billing Assurance functions within the consumer environment. Reporting to the Head of Retentions & Revenue, the role provides strategic leadership and operational direction to the Retentions and Billing Assurance Team Leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Retentions and Billing Assurance Team Leaders.
• Ensure teams meet performance, quality, and revenue protection objectives.
• Minimise churn and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Protect billing accuracy and oversee billing assurance processes.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in revenue protection, retention, and billing assurance within a consumer‑focused environment.
• Strong strategic leadership and operational direction capabilities.
• Ability to mentor team leaders and foster high‑performing teams.
• Focus on minimising churn, enhancing customer loyalty, and ensuring billing accuracy.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with senior stakeholders.
